FCC认证模式
根据美国联邦通讯法规相关部分(CFR 47部分)规定。凡进入美国的电子类产品都需要进行美国联邦通信委员会(FCC：Federal Comnmnieations Commission)认证。
FCC认证常见的3种认证模式。不同的认证模式.标签和警告语的加贴要求也不同。这就要求厂家在制作FCC标签之前.首先判断自己的产品是属于哪种认证模式。其中。比较常见的认证模式有3种：自我验证V嘶6cation、符合性声明Declaration ofConformity(DOC)、认证Certification(获取FCCID).FCC相关的法规文件对不同的产品可选择的认证模式有明确的规定。这3种认证模式.严格程度不同.相对来说.前面3种模式的严格程度是递增的。即Certification(获取FCC ID)这种模式最为严格，认证和测试技术的难点相对也比较多。
a)自我验证(Verification)模式
这是由制造商或进口商自我确保其产品所进行的必要的检测。适用于自我验证的设备包括：商用计算机、Ⅳ和FM的接收器及FCC Rule Part 18的非大众消费者使用的工业、科研和医疗设备。
b)符合性声明(DOC：Declaration of Confor—mity)模式
要求设备责任方(一般是制造商或进口商)必须在FCC指定的合格机构对产品进行测试.需要在产品上加贴相应的标签.在用户使用手册中进行声明，并保留报告待查。适用于此方式的设备包括：家用电脑及外设、民用广播接收器、超再生接收器、FCC Rule Part 15的其它接收器、电缆系统终端设备和Part 18中的大众消费者使用的工业、科研和医疗设备。同时对适用于Verification的产品也可采用DOC的认证方式。
c)认证Certificon(获取ID)模式
FCC授权的认证机构对申请者提交的样品(或照片)及检测数据进行审核。如果符合规则要求。则给设备授权一个FCC ID号码。适用于这一方式的设备包括：低电平发射器如无绳电话、自动门的遥控器、无线电遥控玩具和安全警报系统、自动变频接收器等.设备责任方应确保相应的设备获得FCC授权的ID号。lFCC認證根據認證方式不同會對Label的做相應的要求：

TCB: Telecommunication Certify Body
FRN: Federal Registration Number, 申请FCC之公司或子公司需先向其注册登录之号码
Grantee code:公司登录于FCC之代号,申请Grantee Code须提交以下信息：申请公司名称，地址，联络人，联络人职位，联络人邮箱，联络人电话，联络人传真。

三. E-Label
有显示屏幕的电子产品可用e-label代替贴在产品本体上的label。
需在使用手册中说明如何在产品中看到e-label，并在使用手册和外包装中显示E-label信息。E-label的要求和产品本体上的label要求一致。

卷标摆放注意事项:
1) FCC ID标签必须让消费者在购买时清晰可見，不可将标签摆放于可移动之背盖或是电池下方。
2) 除非产品在贩卖时不会安装电池，如手机或是无线电话類的产品,方可将标签放置于电池下方。(Marketing the device without the battery installed when the label is in the battery compartment is acceptable).
3) 产品尺寸小于手掌大小(8x10mm)情况下，可将标签警语摆放于使用手册上
4) FCC ID: AAA-BBBBBBBBBBB于标签上的呈现方式,必须列在同一行,不能分做兩行。
FCC警语
⑴.使用手册警语-Class B产品
FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
--Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
--Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
--Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
--Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

(2).使用手册警语-Class A产品

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

CAUTION:
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the grantee of this device could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
根据15.21, 所有有Radiator的产品, 必须警告用户不得修改产品, 因此必须于手册上加入此段警语
(3).使用手册警语-无线相关功能
•如果EUT有无线功能, 使用时距离人体20cm外, 无SAR要求时,需加下列说明: RF exposure warning
· This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at leBESTON TEST 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provide with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
•如果EUT有无线功能, 使用时距离人体20cm以内, 无论有无SAR要求,需加下列说明:
RF exposure warning
· The equipment complies with FCC RF exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment.
The equipment must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter.
•有SAR要求时, 客户可自行决定是否放置SAR值于手册上.

(4).使用手册警语-802.11a产品
1）如使用5250-5350及5470-5725频段之client端的产品(如网卡),必须要在手册中加注下列警语:
This device has no Ad-hoc capability for 5250~5350 and 5470~5725 MHz
2) 如使用5470-5725 MHz的MBESTON TESTer device 应该在使用手册内加注
Outdoor operations in the 5470-5725MHz band is prohibited. This device could not be used in the 5600-5650 MHz
FCC保密文件
长期保密（免费）：可长期保密文件包括: 【方块图】【线路图】【operational description】【BOM list】【tune up procedure】
短期保密（收费）: 【使用手册】【内外部照片】【测试照片】
期限为180天, 但若产品上市, 短期保密即视为无效, 文件将被公开。45天为一周期, 若需展延保密日期, 则需提前通知。
FCC要求731 form、保密信、声明信等文件上之签名人，均须与FCC网站上登记之Grantee code聯络人相同。若签名者为第三人者，则须请Grantee code之聯络人提供授权信，授权此第三人处理本案之相关认证作业。
＊请注意,若签名者非grantee code之聯络人,即使加盖该公司之公司章，亦属无效。
